Veolia plans to sell stake in municipal bus operation

Veolia, the international utility firm, has announced plans to sell its stake in British public transport company, Transdev.

Veolia, the international utility firm, has announced plans to sell its stake in British public transport company, Transdev, as part of a £4.3bn divestment of assets.

Transdev is a partner in Nottingham City Transport, the largest municipal bus operator in England, and is also involved with other public transport firms.
