Traffic wardens in Hammersmith and Fulham LBC are set to become the first in the capital to wear ‘jacket cams', to help catch abusive motorists.
The 65 lightweight cameras will be connected to wardens' jackets when they come into use in the autumn. Cllr Victoria Brocklebank-Fowler said: ‘This council takes a zero-tolerance approach to the small minority of motorists who abuse our staff with violent, vile or threatening behaviour.'
