Liverpool mayor Joe Anderson has urged delegates at the World Chambers Congress in Doha, Qatar, to visit his city during next year's International Festival of Business.

Speaking in front of an audience from more than 50 countries, Mr Anderson said 'Liverpool will be a portal through which the world can discover British business at its best.'
