Westminster City Council is to host a prestige international environmental conference and awards backed by the United Nations in November. The five-day event, LivCom, will examine global green challenges as well as include an awards event with international finalists and UK delegates are invited to attend LivCom has been running for ten years with previous host cities being from across the world.
