Local government will see the voluntary reorganisation of authorities within the next five years, according to leading council chief executive, Derek Myers.
Mr Myers, the sector's first joint unitary chief executive, this week revealed he expected to see more collaboration between authorities – but added that the agenda would go further than ever.
