Willmott Dixon has been chosen to complete the Nottingham One development, which will provide office, leisure and retail space in the centre of the city.
'The development is a prime example that the market is recovering and Nottingham is a great place to do business,' said Nottingham City Council deputy leader, Cllr Graham Chapman.
