Local government’s first port of call for improvement advice is being relaunched next month, with an array of improvements of its own. The Improvement Network website is owned by a partnership of four local government organisations – the Audit Commission, the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, and the Leadership Centre for Local Government. The relaunch on 4 July will see a new management toolkit on the website (www.improvementnetwork.gov.uk) together with more information on transformational government and efficiency.
