Welsh ombudsmen unite Wales is to have a single ombudsman service to cover all fields of responsibility for the National Assembly, for the first time. From 1 April the services of the commissioner for local administration in Wales, the health service commissioner, the Welsh administration ombudsman and the social housing ombudsman are to combine and be known as the public service ombudsman for Wales.
