A local government blueprint for Welsh housing reform has outlined priorities to tackle, including a lack of affordable housing. The Welsh Local Government Association's housing policy statement called for action on poor-quality housing, rising levels of homelessness and better housing support for vulnerable people. ‘Our citizens deserve good housing yet unfortunately for many people this isn't the case,' said Cllr Aled Roberts.
