West Sussex CC leader Henry Smith has urged Chancellor Gordon Brown to improve the infrastructure in the South East. Mr Smith told Mr Brown at a meeting of the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) last week that the region's roads, public transport and hospitals all need investment.
