It’s about time the police got a rocket. With all their overtime, fat pensions and early retirement they make the RMT union look amateurish in comparison when it comes to milking the taxpayer.And they’re never there when you want them ‘cos they’re always sitting on the hard shoulder of the motorway waiting to catch speeding motorists which is just when you don’t need them.But why stop there?The whole so-called criminal justice system needs a shake-up. The reason it’s called that is because it’s there to get justice for the criminal.It’s not called the victim justice system. I’m fed up reading stories about toerags who are ‘on bail’ even though they’re committed violent crimes and ought to be banged up. The only reason they’re out is ‘cos expensive lawyers paid by ‘Legal Aid’ ie, milking the taxpayer are there defending them, and then you’ve got an army of taxpayer-funded probation offi cers plumping up the toerags’ pillows to make sure they’re comfortable.Meanwhile. the poor old victims can go and get stuffed. As far as I’m concerned, you’d be better off sacking all the probation officers, scrapping Legal Aid and using the money to build 25 more prisons. I don’t care if 150,000 toerags are banged up so long as they’re off the streets.If they can’t behave themselves that’s their problem… and another thing…
