I'm no number cruncher I admit but I do wonder if the public sector's costs go up how do they find the dosh?
I mean, look at it this way. The price of a pint of wallop goes up 10% so I slap 10% on what I charge to my punters and they do the same to their punters and so on right down the line and we're right back where we started and no one's lost out.
