Step forward oil and gas companies and these consultants making a fortune telling the public sector what it already knows and these so-called liquidators that somehow make a fortune out of chopping up companies which have supposedly gone bust and them hedge funds that feed on everyone else's bad news and all these firms in tax free havens.
