I dunno why we bother to have a Budget. The economy's knackered, Osborne should give up politics and go back to his family wallpapering business and these pen-pushers at the Treasury should get a real job instead of being shut up inside their fantasy castle producing reams of figures which are always wrong.
I can't think of a single statistic these civil servants have actually got right in the past two years. If they worked for a private company they'd have been fired a long time ago.
