Wi-fi wonderland The largest community wireless broadband network in the UK has gone live in Norwich. Norfolk Open Link is the only network in the UK offering free mobile Internet access for public sector workers, the business community and the general public. The £1.1m two-year project is managed by Norfolk CC, and is funded by the East of England Development Agency.
