No-win, no-fee lawyers stymie equal pay deals say employers

Councils have been ‘hamstrung’ in their ability to settle equal pay claims by ‘no-win, no-fee’ lawyers who have ‘not served any useful purpose’, the managing director of the Local Government Employers said this week.
