Westminster City Council's partnership with Vertex has helped the London authority save £129m, while also improving customer service. A report by the PA Consulting group said the council's customer service initiative was improving customer satisfaction and set to save Westminster £129m, which was £52m more than expected. ‘This is a remarkable achievement and our partnership with Vertex has been a key element of this success,' said cabinet member for customer and community services, Cllr Daniel Astaire.
