Local government minister, Phil Woolas, is co-ordinating Northern Ireland secretary Peter Hain's campaign for the deputy leadership of the Labour Party. Mr Hain is one of four ministers who have announced they will stand. Others are Alan Johnson, Hilary Benn and Harriet Harman.
