Electoral Reform Services (ERS) has taken over Xpress Software Solutions. ERS is Britain's largest provider of electronic electoral systems, and is also the biggest private administrator of elections in Europe. Xpress provides electoral software and support to more than 90 local authorities across the country. ‘We believe this will enable both companies to move forward together in our respective areas of expertise and continue to demonstrate our long-standing commitment to the public elections sector,' explained ERS chief executive, Owen Thomas.
