Hampshire schoolchildren who were asked what they thought of the area by the county council will now appear on the BBC’s Politics show. Hampshire CC leader, Ken Thornber, came up with the idea to run the competition, Creating a Futures. Now the BBC has invited winning schools to make a film about their ideas. Cllr Thornber said: ‘They all want a cleaner, brighter and safer future.’
