London Councils has called for the Government's youth contract scheme to be extended to all 16-to 17-year-olds.

London Councils has called for the Government's youth contract scheme to be extended to all 16-to 17-year-olds, regardless of how many GCSEs they gain.

The scheme provides opportunities for apprenticeships and work experience placements, but is currently only available to young people with no A to C passes.
