Zero rating for Herefordshire

Herefordshire Housing has been branded ‘poor' by the Audit Commission, with ‘uncertain' prospects for improvement.

The Hereford-based housing association was given a zero-star rating, and Audit Commission senior manager, Martin Palmer, said it was ‘not currently providing effective landlord services'.
