Aiken: Country facing biggest ever exploitation of children

London must take action to avoid losing an entire generation of young people, the leader of Westminster City Council has warned.

Speaking at the London Summit today, amid growing concern about serious youth crime, Cllr Nickie Aiken, said: ‘I think we are facing the biggest exploitation of children and young people that this country has ever seen with County Lines.
