CQC appoints new adult care chief

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has appointed Kate Terroni as chief inspector of adult social care.

Ms Terroni, currently director of adult social care at Oxfordshire CC, is due to start in May, taking over from Debbie Westhead, who has been interim chief inspector since Andrea Sutcliffe’s departure in December.
