Call for chief and leader to quit after Star death

A senior Bradford city councillor has called for the chief executive and leader to quit in the aftermath of the death of Star Hobson.

The call comes after commissioner Steve Walker concluded last week that the council ‘lacked the capacity and capability to improve services at pace on its own and recommended an alternative delivery model’.
