Capita to pay Real Living Wage from April

Capita has said it will pay all UK employees a minimum of the Real Living Wage from April, increasing the salaries of almost 6,000 employees.

It comes after Capita became the only FTSE-listed business to appoint two employees from its wider workforce to its board of directors.
