Devolution key to tackling health inequalities, report finds

Sir Michael Marmot has said increased funding and far-reaching new powers must be devolved to reduce regional inequalities in England.

The recommendations form part of a review into the disparity in health in the north-west by University College London’s Institute of Health Equity (IHE), commissioned by the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership.
