Five councils suffer credit outlook ratings downgrade

The credit outlook ratings for five local authorities have been downgraded.

Financial services experts Moody’s has changed the credit outlook from stable to negative for Aberdeen City Council, Cornwall Council, Guildford BC, Lancashire CC, and Warrington Council.
