Future Forum: Top recruiter predicts exodus

A top recruiter has predicted a senior-level exodus from the sector.

Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum event today, Toni Hall, director of public sector for recruiter Penna, said: ‘The biggest challenge that I think we’re going to have is a mass resignation.
