Employers urged to better 3.2% pay offer

Trade unions Unison, GMB and Unite have written to local government employers urging them to better their proposal for a 3.2% pay increase.

Trade unions Unison, GMB and Unite have written to local government employers urging them to better their proposal for a 3.2% pay increase.

It comes after Unison members are understood to have rejected the offer by 77% but on a low turnout, joining the already-announced rejections from GMB and Unite.
