Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership’s chief officer has been announced as the preferred candidate for the top officer job at Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
Subject to ratification at a full council meeting tomorrow, Jon Rouse will join Stoke-on-Trent as city director in early February.
