I am confident our teams in Cornwall will ride the storm

Cornwall had to find a way of reducing budgets by £60m for 2022-23 in order to set a balanced budget and add £45m into adult social care.

Implementing this level of reduction was no mean feat and, having made it to April in one piece, it feels like the organisation is more positive about its transformed future.
