Northamptonshire CC is no longer the council most at risk when it comes to its financial stability, data has revealed.
The financial resilience index published by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) showed there are still considerable risk factors for the authority – but Lancashire CC has more red flags.
