Key Cities head praises Oxford restructure plan

The chair of the Key Cities group has urged councils to look at the example of Oxfordshire districts that have proposed a local government restructure.

Paul Watson admitted the model proposed would not necessarily work everywhere but said he was ‘delighted’ the Oxfordshire districts had come together to propose the creation of four unitaries.
