Kier falls out of FTSE 250 amid outsourcing shares rout

Turmoil in public sector outsourcing has led to a key player tumbling out of the FTSE 250.

Construction specialist Kier Group was among eight companies to fall out of the second tier of the index in Thursday’s December reshuffle.
