LEPs promise £100bn return on investment

Local enterprise partnerships (LEP) can secure a return on investment of £100bn in additional economic benefit, the Government has been told.

The LEP Network’s submission to the Spending Review said the return would be delivered in exchange for a three-year core funding settlement of £120m and a three-year government investment across business support and skills of £7.5bn.
