Leeds’ way to sustainable change

In its drive to become carbon neutral by 2030 Leeds City Council has been undergoing a programme of transformation. Earlier this summer, we had the opportunity to outline these changes at an industry conference.

Transformational change doesn’t happen overnight and it’s through working with organisations like the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy’s change management consultancy, C.Co, that we have been able to develop a successful strategy for sustainable change to drive better and more efficient outcomes for people. In these challenging times it is important to evolve and transform as rapidly and sustainably as possible. Collaborative working is key to achieving sustainable goals.
