Urban Splash has signed a 20-year partnership agreement with Swansea City & CC to become its long-term regeneration partner.
Council leader Rob Stewart said: ‘Urban Splash is a company that’s delivered some of the most imaginative and iconic schemes in the UK so we’re delighted to have signed this £750m partnership agreement which will take our city to the next level.
