Parties flunk care challenge

The next government risks repeating the same mistakes as the coalition in boosting health spending to the detriment of social care funding, experts have warned.

The warning comes as the electorate goes to the polls today to vote in the General Election, as well as local elections covering more than 9,500 council seats across England.
