Plans for collapse to be demanded from outsourcing firms

Firms providing outsourced public services will have to draw-up plans in case of their collapse, the Government has announced.

The documents would detail how public services could continue if the firm suffered a Carillion-scale failure, enabling them to be transferred to a new supplier or taken in-house.
