Progress amid the pain

Nearly two years on from the Grenfell Tower tragedy, Kensington and Chelsea RLBC is moving forward, but it can only go at a certain speed.

‘The thing is, there is a wider expectation that progress ought to be fast,’ chief executive Barry Quirk says. ‘The progress is inevitably slow because of the pain and grief the families are facing.’
