Local Government reorganisation is never the easiest process, but for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council it has been more complex than most – and it to top it all, it has been done in the midst of a pandemic.

Chief executive Graham Farrant explains: ‘Ours is the most complex [reorganisation] since 1974.’
