Scottish pandemic recovery prospects ‘severely eroded’

The prospects for post-pandemic recovery in Scotland have been 'severely eroded' by funding constraints, councils have said.

Following budget negotiations with the Green Party and Lib Dems, the SNP agreed to baseline the £90m made available to councils that froze council tax for 2021-22.
