Shadow minister: tax increases not enough to solve care funding crisis

Increased taxes alone may not be enough to solve the funding crisis in social care, a shadow minister has warned.

Appearing at the National Children and Adults Services conference in Manchester today, the shadow minister for mental health and social care Barbara Keeley claimed further reforms would be needed.
