Willis to leave troubled Thanet

Troubled Thanet DC has struck a deal that will lead to the departure of its deputy chief executive and Section 151 officer Tim Willis.

Mr Willis, who last year warned he may be forced to issue a Section 114 notice, will officially leave after today following what is rumoured to be a £280,000 settlement.
