Over the past few months, I have found myself reflecting on what makes Breckland such a special place in which to live, work and visit.
Like a number of other authorities across the country, if local government reorganisation continues as expected, Breckland Council will cease to exist in a couple of years. That reality means it would be easy to focus solely on what lies ahead.
