Assistant Director, Children's Social Care

To be our Assistant Director, Children's Social Care, you will have outstanding leadership qualities along with a significant understanding of local government, legislative and policy frameworks relating to children's social care. You will have substantial operational and management experience of delivering high quality services with an extensive track record in service excellence, innovation, continuous improvement and performance delivery. You will also have a proven track record of in the safeguarding of children and regulated services including adoption, fostering and residential child care.

With exemplary communication and negotiation skills, you will have a demonstrable record of achieving success and influencing outcomes, together with the ability to win the confidence and trust of Members, staff, the community and our partners.
