We are currently recruiting an AD for Corporate Strategy for Transformation who will play a fundamental role in the future success of the Authority.

This is a new role and the postholder will sit at the heart of the organisation, working with senior officers and elected Members to develop and embed a positive and change focused culture.

You will need to harness new technology and manage a series of far-reaching programmes and projects, ensuring that any changes have a real and lasting impact upon the way we deliver services to our communities.

The Authority is also in the process of introducing a new target operating model, and your work will need to underpin this exciting development.

We are therefore looking for candidates with a track record of success in transforming services within the public sector, excellent programme management skills, and the ambition to build on our considerable achievements and yet also bring about a step-change in the way we operate.
