Public services are under pressure like never before. Demand is rising, complexity is deepening and resources are flatlining. In the Liverpool City Region, we have reached a tipping point. The old ways – fragmented pilots, short-term funding and siloed delivery – are no longer enough.

That is why we are building something different: the Office for Public Service Innovation (OPSI).
