Brighton & Hove City Council has released plans for consultation on a proposal to swallow up parts of neighbouring Lewes DC’s territory.

Brighton & Hove City Council has released plans for consultation on a proposal to swallow up parts of neighbouring Lewes DC's territory. 

The city council has come up with four options for reorganisation including expanding to the east that would boost its population from around 280,000 to 300,000.
